Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of you receiving your order. All returned items must be:

  • In original condition with tags attached
  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear, swimwear, or bodysuits unless they arrive defective or damaged. All other items from our collections (dresses, jeans, pants, shorts, skirts, and tops) are eligible for returns.

How to Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to return or exchange your item:

  2. Wait for our approval email with your Return Authorization Number (RAN)
  3. Package your return securely with the RAN clearly visible
  4. Ship your return to our address (provided in approval email)

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (except for defective/wrong items)

Exchanges

Prefer a different size or color? We’ll process exchanges once we receive your return. If the new item costs more, you’ll pay the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.

Damaged or Defective Items
